Here in Darwin we know the heat and humidity can sometimes make walking a challenge. \nTo support accessible ways to keep moving we have developed an Aquatic Walking Group which is low impact\, all abilities way to stay active\, keep cool and connected. \nWalking in a group offers incredible mental health benefits including stronger social connections and reducing loneliness.

DESCRIPTION:Walking Netball removes participation barriers so that anyone can play\, regardless of age\, fitness level or netball experience.\nThese fun\, low impact and inclusive sessions are currently being held in Darwin and Katherine.  \nDARWIN: Twice weekly\, year round \n\nTuesday 6pm – age 20 and over\nWednesday 10am – age 50 and over (morning tea provided)\n\nKATHERINE: 6 week season commencing Sunday 11th May \n\nSundays 11am – females age 18 and over\n\nFor more information contact the organiser in your region.  \nWalking Netball is played in Darwin\, Katherine\, Palmerston and Alice Springs.
