Katherine Seniors Expo 2021

COTA NT’s Seniors Expo for Katherine 2021 was a celebration of our Territory-wide relationships and bonds with seniors and stakeholders with a special emphasis on health and wellness. 

• Attendees enjoyed 5 free classes in Seated Aerobics, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba Gold (YMCA).
• Over 20 exhibitors and attended by approx 100 Katherine seniors.
• A free morning tea was provided by Life Without Barriers
