Supporting voluntary assisted dying choice for Territorians

Show your support of VAD choice in the NT and sign a campaign pledge card. This will be used publicly to demonstrate widespread support of VAD choice for Territorians and helpkeep voluntary assisted dying choice a priority for the Territorians.

• Or pick up a card at the information sessions, at COTA NT’s head office at 65 Smith Street, Darwin during normal opening hours  They must be returned to COTA NT at your own cost. They are designed to print at A5 size, double-sided.
